Nursing is My Compassion for Others and their Pain

The medical profession is a unique make-up of many individuals that strife to heal and restore the human body to the best of your body's natural ability. I am one of these people. I am a nurse. I was born a nurse or have abilities to help people feel better when they are ill. The medical community always strives to keep up with the latest medical breakthrough that has been tested and re-tested many times before and has been used on human patients? The same applies with the FDA-The Federal Drug Administration with the new drugs constantly bombarding us everyday on TV. This country over medicates the patients I feel and not enough doctors refuse to keep medication out of the picture for the patient? This allows for the pharmacuetical companies to keep producing all kinds of drugs for every ailment from A to Z. We are a culture of "druggies". I mean prescription drugs-not street drugs (that too). So, one must consider alternative medicine at times?? Anyway, I love this profession and to help people feel better; whether they feel good or bad? Nursing is my life's work.
